Five Question Friday – Where’s Perry?

It’s Five Question Friday time!  I’m so glad it is the weekend.  Hopefully, we can get the Hubs to feeling better… I am exhausted.  So, without further adieu… (you knew it was coming!)… Five Question Friday.  Come read my answers, link up and answer for yourself…. have fun!

1. What is an acceptable age for girls to start dating?

Now, when I was a teenager, I would have said 12 or 13.  But, now that I am a responsible adult (stop laughing) with a daughter of my own, I am going to say 30.  Okay, really… probably 16.

2. Do you think your kids should have summer homework?

Heck no.  What is wrong with teachers?

3. Would you prefer to live without AC or heat?

Definitely no heat.  I have to have my AC.  In fact, I would probably use the AC most of the winter if I could get away with it.  I hate being hot.

4. What the worst thing about staying in a hotel? (Besides not being with your family)

I am a freak about bed bugs.  And, I hate laying in the bed and thinking about them.  I get all itchy.  I have even gotten up in the middle of the night to check the bed!  As soon as I walk into a hotel, I put my bag on the dresser (not the floor) and immediately check under the mattress for black specs.

5. So, do your kids really get “104 days of summer vacation”? (Bonus points for those of you that get this reference!)

I LOVE Phineas and Ferb!  My kids aren’t in school yet… so, they don’t have summer vacation at all.  104 Days would be awesome though.  They could build a rocket, fight a mummy or climb the Eiffel Tower  BONUS POINTS FOR ME.  “Mom, Julia’s making a blog post!”
