2014 County Fair

Living in the pseudo-country like we do, the county fair is a big deal.  Pretty much the entire town shuts down and the businesses on Main Street have signs above their closed signs that read, “See you at the fair!”  So, needless to say, when the fair is open, we are there.  The kids love it and each year they are so excited to see what rides they are tall enough for now… (Note to self:  call the chiropractor after riding the Orient Express.)

I thought I would share some fun pictures of the 2014 County Fair…

Do you have a county fair where you live?  Do you go with your family to ride the rides and partake in all the fried food?

  1. I love those kids!

  2. Don Gibson says:

Going out an a limb here and guessing I get nominated to ride the guitar looking drop ride when Mo is tall enough.

  3. I have a friend who, when his kids were young, took the whole family on a tour of state fairs one summer. Those kids still talk about the trip!

  4. How fun! Our county fair was last week. We didn’t make it, that was also my first week back to work and most evenings I crashed! :)
